601 LA BOMBA WARHEAD X REVIEW
Cigar boxes are pretty useless once all of the sticks have been smoked. I frequently see people trying to sell them for $5 on Facebook Market place and think ‘why would anyone buy one of these’. They are useful to store miscellaneous garage items like screws and rubber bands and such but once you have about a dozen you probably don’t need anymore. That is not the case with the Espinosa Warhead X box. This thing is a beautiful piece of art that will hand on my wall when the cigars have sold. In fact, I am working on giving my basement video studio a facelift and I am pretty sure this box will be a part of that.
I suppose it’s possible that some cigar companies create elaborately beautiful box designs to take away from the product inside but that is not the case for this cigar. The nose on the wrap and foot are both unlike any cigar I’ve ever sniffed and, to be honest, I cannot put my finger on it. It’s certainly sweet and woodsy but to go deeper wouldn’t be fair because I simply cannot place it.
It lit perfectly and burned about as well as a box pressed cigar can burn and by that I mean very well.
The dark outer leaf and the nicaraguan binder is spicy and very tasty and the beginning of the cigar smoked a bit oily and heavy while the middle to latter half had hints of chocolate brownie and hot chocolate.
The only downside to this cigar is I wish it was a bit bigger and smoked a little longer.
